As a committee we have agreed to make coaching our priority focus and this sponsorship investment will allow all our coaches structured training and support across the Spring and Autumn seasons.
Our coaches not only teach players functional netball skills, they are role models and support players in their competence, confidence, connection, character and of course care.
We have identified clear club expectations of coaches at training and on match days. We also identified coaching pathways for our coaches and will support them to complete the next level of formal training as well as running our own local PMNC development sessions.
Coaching is one of the most challenging yet most rewarding jobs you can ever have, so a massive thank you to all our current PMNC coaches and thank you again to Elders for being our inaugural coach sponsor.
